Managed IT

A managed service provider (MSP) for Southern California businesses. Your IT department, without the payroll — flat monthly fee, no surprise invoices, and a person who knows your network when you call.

What's included

Everything that keeps the lights on

One predictable monthly cost covers the ongoing work. Projects and hardware are quoted separately so you always know what you are paying for.

Helpdesk support

Your team calls or emails us directly. No ticket triage queue, no offshore first line.

Monitoring & alerting

We watch servers, workstations and network gear, and usually know something is wrong before you do.

Patching & updates

Operating systems, firmware and applications kept current — the single most effective security measure there is.

Microsoft 365 administration

Accounts, licensing, mailboxes, SharePoint and Teams, managed properly rather than left on defaults.

Network & wireless

Firewalls, switching, secure wireless, VPN and remote access, designed and maintained as one system.

Vendor coordination

We deal with your ISP, line-of-business software vendors and hardware suppliers so you don't have to.

Who it fits

Built for businesses without an IT department

Most of our managed clients have between five and a hundred staff — large enough that IT problems cost real money, not large enough to justify a full-time hire.

If you have someone technical in-house already, we work alongside them rather than replacing them: escalation, after-hours cover, and the projects they don't have time for.

Signs it's time

  • The same problems keep coming back
  • Nobody can say when the backup was last tested
  • Staff work around IT rather than through it
  • Your "IT person" is whoever is least busy
  • You only hear from your provider when something breaks
Beyond support

Fractional CTO

Some businesses do not need more IT support — they need someone in the room when the decisions get made. Which systems to invest in, what a vendor proposal is really worth, whether a project is achievable, what to do first.

We take that role under contract. Claudio currently serves as acting CTO for a Southern California manufacturer, sitting alongside the executive team on technology strategy, budget and delivery — without the cost of a full-time hire.

Worth considering if

  • Technology decisions keep getting deferred because nobody owns them
  • You cannot tell whether a vendor quote is fair
  • Projects start well and then stall
  • You are choosing systems that have to last a decade
  • The business has outgrown ad-hoc IT decisions
Getting started

How we onboard

Assess

We document what you have — hardware, software, licences, accounts, and where the risks sit.

Stabilise

We fix what is actually broken before proposing anything new. Often this is the whole first month.

Standardise

Monitoring, patching, backup and security brought to a consistent baseline across the business.

Support

Ongoing management, with a quarterly review of what changed and what is coming.

Let's find out where you actually stand

A complimentary consultation, no obligation. We will look at your setup and tell you honestly what needs attention — even if the answer is "not much."
